RESERVATION AND BOOKING POLICIES

Reservations and bookings must be made by using the information and facilities that are provided on this website.  Required service or services can only be reserved by way of a deposit.  Booking of any required service or services can only be confirmed by way of full payment.  Reservation for any service should be made by depositing at least fifty percent (50%) of the amount quoted or agreed upon for the required service or services, within the time that is given for the deposit to be made, regarding the said service or services.  Booking for the said service or services will be confirmed upon payment of the balance of the amount that is quoted or agreed on, regarding the said service.  This amount should be paid on or before the time that is given for such payment to be made.

SECTION ONE (1)

BOOKING A VACATION OR HOLIDAY PACKAGE:

If you are reserving a vacation package, it is strongly recommended that a fifty percent (50%) deposit is made for that vacation package not less than sixty (60) days prior to the commencement date of such vacation or holiday period.  In order to confirm the booking for that said vacation or holiday package, the balance of the amount quoted or agreed on, must be paid on or before thirty (30) days prior to the arrival or commencement date of that said vacation.  Payments made for bookings less than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival or commencement date of any vacation or holiday package, must be paid in full.

SECTION TWO (2)

BOOKING AN EXCURSION OR SINGLE-DAY TOUR PACKAGE:

If you are reserving a single-day tour or excursion package, it is recommended that at least fifty percent (50%) deposit of the quoted or agreed cost for the said service or services be paid not less than thirty (30) days prior to commencement of such service.  In order to confirm your booking for any single day tours or excursion package, the balance of the amount quoted or agreed on must be paid on or before fifteen (15) days prior to arrival or designated day of that said service.  Payments made for bookings less than fifteen (15) days prior to the requested date for any of these service, must be paid in full.

SECTION THREE (3)

BOOKING TRANSPORTATION SERVICES:

Arrangements for transportation services such as airport transfers, transfers between resort areas and shuttle services within resort areas are also done by Attractions Link Tourism Services.  Reservation for airport transfers, transfers between resort areas and shuttle services, also require a fifty percent (50%) deposit of the quoted or agreed cost for any of these services must be paid not less than thirty (30) days prior to commencement of such service.  In order to confirm your booking for any airport transfers, transfers between resort areas and shuttle services, the balance of the amount quoted or agreed on must be paid on or before fifteen (15) days prior to arrival or designated day for that said service.  Payments made for bookings made less than fifteen (15) days prior to the requested date for any of these service, must be paid in full.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES

Cancellations and refund policies at Attractions Link Tourism Services are geared to maintain a high level of integrity and service for individual and group clients alike.  By so doing, we will ensure that your comfort, confidence and convenience dictates that we adopt and enforce a strict policy regarding deposits, refunds and balances.  Deposits are fully refundable if written cancellation is received at our reservations office as per contractual agreement for specific intended service or services, within the specific time which is outlined in the cancellation policy for that said service or services.  These are shown in each category of service below.

SECTION FOUR (4)

CANCELLING A VACATION OR HOLIDAY PACKAGE:

In order to cancel a vacation or holiday package, the following steps are required.  If a written cancellation is sent to our reservations office between sixty (60) and thirty (30) days prior to arrival or requested date of service, a full refund of the amount collected; less the amendment fee is refundable.  If a written cancellation is received at our reservations office between thirty (30) and fifteen (15) days prior to arrival or requested date of service, fifty percent (50%) of the amount deposited or fully paid, less the amendment fee is refundable.  If a written cancellation is received at our reservations office later than fifteen (15) days prior to arrival or requested date of service, all funds held will be non-refundablePlease note that all refundable sums will be less the amendment fee of US$50.00 per transaction, in order to cover administration costs.

ICANCELLING TRANSPORTATION SERVICES:

n order to cancel a transportation service, the following steps are required. If written cancellation is received at our reservations office between thirty (30) and fifteen (15) days prior to arrival or requested date of service, the full amount deposited, less the amendment fee is refundable.  If written cancellation is received at our reservations office between fifteen (15) and five (5) days prior to arrival or requested date of service, fifty percent (50%) of the amount deposited, less the amendment fee is refundable.  If written cancellation is received at our reservations office later than five (5) days prior to arrival or requested date of service, all funds held will be non-refundable.  Please note that all refundable sums will be less the amendment fee of US$50.00 per transaction, in order to cover administration costs.

SECTION SEVEN (7)

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:

Payments for any service should be made to Attractions Link Limited, by way of its secure payment gateways, using any of the following three (3) options.  Option one (1) is making a direct payment to the company, through its reservations office using a credit card which is VISA or MASTERCARD.  This option generates various benefits such as discounts and special offers.  Option two (2) is making a payment online, using PayPal.  This option accommodates the using of all major credit or debit cards.  Option three (3) is making a payment to the company using wire transfers.  

Facilities for options one (1) and two (2) are provided for each activity relating to excursion packages, vacation packages, shuttle services and transfers, on their respective pages.  Before paying for your desired service or services, please request your intended date or dates for such service or services on your booking facility or by sending us a brief message using the inquiries submission facility which is provided at the lower section of the contact us page.  Instructions regarding using option three (3) can be obtained by sending us an e-mail.  We will respond to your request in the quickest possible time with the precise information in regards to availability based on your requested date or dates.

SECTION EIGHT: (8)

COST INCREASES AND ALTERATIONS:

Cost increases and alterations will occur over time.  Please note that all rates are subject to change without notice.  However if a booking is confirmed by payment, the rate or rates quoted, confirmed and charged will be upheld throughout the agreed period.  This means, from the time the agreement is made and paid for, through to the time the requested service or services are received by you the purchaser, the amount paid as per agreement will not change.

SECTION NINE (9)

ADDITIONAL TRIP INFORMATION AND OTHER DETAILED MATERIALS:

Additional trip information and other detailed materials that are requested by our guests are scanned and e-mailed to them within a reasonable time after booking their desired service; however, prior to the commencement date of their vacation, excursion, transportation or any other service or activity requested date.  Please feel free to call or e-mail us using the information provided on the contact us page regarding any questions you may have in relation to gears for hiking, equipment for birding, or other queries pertaining to other service or services of your interest.
